GOVERNMENT PROJECTS REPORTING INFORMATION SYSTEM (GPRIS)
GPRIS is the official Government of Kenya portal for project monitoring and evaluation. The data provided herein is for public information, transparency, and accountability purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure project statuses, budgets, and timelines are accurate, the information is subject to change based on field verification and administrative updates from various MCDAs (Ministries, County's Departments, and Agencies).
GPRIS leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide automated responses and data summaries. Users are advised that AI-generated content is intended to simplify data access and should not be treated as a final legal certificate or an official government directive. For formal project queries, refer to the respective Ministry's accounting officer.
GPRIS consolidates data from multiple sources. The State Department for ICT and Digital Economy (SDICTDE) does not accept liability for errors originating from third-party reporting agencies or outdated manual submissions from the counties or MDAs.
All processing of personal data related to project stakeholders or contractors is governed by the Data Protection Act, 2019. By accessing GPRIS, users agree not to scrape, harvest, or misuse personal data for commercial purposes or in violation of Section 25 of the Act.
The use of this platform is subject to the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018. Any attempt to upload false project data, bypass security protocols, or interfere with system availability is a criminal offense.
The Government of Kenya, its officers, and its technology partners shall not be liable for any financial loss, project delays, or legal disputes arising from the use of or reliance on the information provided by this system.
